New exhibition in Atlanta.

From March, the 9th,
you can see a new exhibition
on marbled papers,
focused on the figure of Dard Hunter,
and on his collection of papers and marbling instruments.




The Robert C. Williams Paper Museum
is located at 500 10th Street NW, Atlanta GA, 30332.

Two copies of the 1st edition of Rosamond Loring's book: "Decorated book papers" (1942) and her picture (copied from Wolfe's book, the essential "Marbled paper, its history, techniques and patterns", 1990)

Two copies of Josef Halfer work, Progress of the Marbling Art (1885).

Two more books about marbling, the great C. W. Woolnough work "The art of Marbling" (1881, first edition 1853, the one with the blue samples) and Buntpapier-Fabrikation (1903) from August Weichelt and 3 examples of 20th century books with marbled covers.
