The artist plays and
thinks as marbler.
Her
search is faced in the same spirit of the first marblers Ebrü Turks of the XVth
century that named this technique art of the clouds; a godsend, a metaphysical
conscience of the sense of the colors cheered up by a happiness of living.
On the
tracks of the principal masters Ebrü that were drawing the flora of his
immediate way; the artist is inspired by the movements, by the textures and by
the natural way of Cháteauguay to create her works.
Certain
works are conceived like a jigsaw puzzle with multiple staff mounted on a
support of paper or silk. This Indian technique dates back to the second half
of the sixteenth century and needs a big mastery in execution.
In parallel,
other works are consciously experimental; they play with the flotation of the
liquid as well as with the interactions of the translucent colors and create
then, the third dimension.
